Run of House Room Rate:
$315.00+ taxes (single/double occupancy) based on availability.

Group Rate Availability:
3 days pre/post event dates based on resort availability.

Additional Person Fee:
Applies over double occupancy (18 yrs and older): $35 per person, per night; no fee for children under 18 sharing a room with an adult.

NACUSO $315 Room Block Cut-Off Deadline: Thursday, April 2, 2026 

Room Deposit:
One night's room + tax due at booking (balance paid in full at check-out). 

Room Cancellation Policy:
Room must be cancelled 5 days prior to check-in for refund. Hotel deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within the five (5) days prior to arrival. 

Airport Transportation Options:
Taxi rates (approx. $60+ one-way), Uber/Lyft (rates vary), and Mears Connect (Disney's preferred transportation company) with advanced reservation. 

Resort to Disney Parks Transportation:
Disney provides complimentary scheduled transportation to all theme parks, some resorts and Disney Springs. For more information click here.

Resort Parking:
Self-parking is complimentary with resort stay; Valet parking is $42+ tax per night.

Wifi:
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all meeting space, common resort areas and guest rooms.
