Dr. Eisenberg will also delve into new and existing home sales, office vacancy rates, residential refi activity, home prices, auto, credit card, and home mortgage default rates, rising construction costs, energy costs, tariffs, tax cuts and much more. Before concluding and time permitting, Eisenberg will take questions from the audience.
